ABCD8 Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to ABCD8 and all gaming services provided on the platform is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the platform.

These Terms apply to all activities on ABCD8, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso, gameplay across all available categories (slots, sports betting, live casino, eBingo), and any participation in promotional offers or the VIP programme.

Use of the ABCD8 mobile app or accessing the platform through a mobile browser is subject to the same Terms. No separate terms apply to mobile access.

2. Eligibility

To register and use ABCD8, you must meet all of the following requirements:

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on ABCD8. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected linked to the same person, device, IP address, or payment method, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. This information is used for account security, identity verification, and payment processing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ABCD8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on ABCD8 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied. The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• Philippine online banking
• Bank transfer

Cryptocurrency, credit cards, and non-Philippine payment methods are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal channels on ABCD8.

Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. ABCD8 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe stated on the Deposit page. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Deposits made with funds that do not belong to you, or attempts to use the cashier for money laundering or any financial crime, are strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Gameplay and Betting Rules

ABCD8 offers several gaming and betting categories, including slot games, sports betting, live casino table games, and eBingo. Each category is governed by its own game-specific rules, which are displayed within the respective game or section.

All bets are final once confirmed. ABCD8 does not cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in the following circumstances:

• A technical error caused the bet to be accepted incorrectly.
• The event or game was cancelled or voided in accordance with the applicable rules for that game category.
• The bet was placed in error due to a display fault on the platform that ABCD8 acknowledges as its own technical issue.

In the event of a technical fault during gameplay, ABCD8 will use server-side records to determine the outcome. The result recorded on ABCD8 servers is considered authoritative in any dispute.

For sports betting, ABCD8 covers Philippine leagues including the PBA and national team competitions, as well as international football, basketball (NBA), boxing, volleyball, and esports. Specific betting markets and event coverage may change based on scheduling and provider availability.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ABCD8 may offer bonuses, free plays, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. Each promotion will have its own specific terms – including any wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods – which will be clearly communicated when the offer is presented.

General conditions that apply to all promotions on ABCD8:

• Only one bonus may be active per player at a time unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until any applicable wagering requirements are met.
• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder and cannot be transferred to another account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ABCD8. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to permanent closure without refund:

• Exploiting bugs, technical glitches, or errors in the platform's software to gain an advantage.

• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using ABCD8 for any financial crime.
• Attempting to access another player's account, whether through guessing credentials, phishing, or any other method.
• Creating accounts for players under 21 years of age.
• Providing false identity information at registration or during KYC verification.

ABCD8 monitors account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Investigations are conducted confidentially, and where misconduct is confirmed, any winnings generated through prohibited activity will be void and the account balance may be forfeited.

8. Privacy and Data

• Account inactivity – accounts that remain dormant for an extended period may be subject to a maintenance procedure outlined in the cashier terms.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by the player and no breach has occurred, the remaining balance will be returned to the player via the payment method on record, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability
